I ship FedEx, there is a flat shipping rate of $55 for shipping anywhere in the 48 states. I do my best to make sure the reptile(s) you order arrives safely and as stress-free as possible. I do not refund shipping, but if your reptile(s) is dead on arrival i will give a refund up to $200 for the reptile(s) you bought.  I will refund up to $400 for an extra $20 of insurance. If your reptile dies within 4 days of the purchase then send me a picture of your dead reptile(s) and I will give you a refund. Refunds can be money or store credit. If you are not there when your reptile order arrives, my terms are void. These are just precautions, most reptile orders will arrive there healthy.
